At Haute Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your home accents are not a perfect fit, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned decor, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
